Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship - Donald C. Rowe has served three churches , 1 in Ohio  and 2 in Pennsylvania prior to being called to Calvary in December of 2004.  Pastor Don is married to Sarah and together they have three sons, Caleb, Nathaniel and Micah.  Pastor Don enjoys all electronic gadgets and computers.  Pastor Don stands ready to make you feel welcome and help you find a place to connect to the wonderful Calvary Family.  Email:  don@calvaryripon.org

Assistant to the Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship - Kassi Van Vliet  Kassi comes to our staff with enthusiasm and joy as she is responsibility for our Power point production for our evening worship service.  Kassi also oversees our Small Groups Curriculum Library, helps Pastor Don in the office management with small groups, outreach events, mission trips, event planning and coordination.  Kassi is also our

Administrative Assistant - Kassi is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run the Church office efficiently.  She organizes and maintains paper and electronic files, manage projects, conduct research, and provide information by using the telephone, postal mail, and e-mail.  Kassi brings energy and friendliness that shows that she is always ready to serve.  Email:  kassi@calvaryripon.org

 

 Women’s Ministries Director – Gina Hargreaves– 

So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Colossi ans 3:12 (MSG)  God has given me this verse as I serve Him though service to the women of Calvary and the community. I have been involved with Women’s Ministry in the four churches my husband has served in over the last twenty-five years. I have a degree in Biblical Studies from Trinity Lutheran College, Seattle,WA. Over the years I have participated in five years of Bible Study Fellowship, two years of Precept Upon Precept Bible Study, Bethel Bible Study Teacher Training and Kerygma Bible Study.  Paul and I have three daughters and a son-in-law. Emily and Jeff live in Seattle, WA where Jeff is in graduate school at the University of Washington and Emily is a teacher at Sammamish Christian School. Minister of Senior High Youth and College Age  - Paul Hargreaves,  Paul was called to ministry at Calvary in 2005 as the Student Ministries Director primarily focused on High School and Young Adult Ministries. He has served in churches on Bainbridge Island WA in the Seattle area, Santa Cruz CA, and two different churches in Ephrata WA where he was involved in a “Church Plant” there. He is a veteran in full time Youth Ministries as he has been in this called ministry since 1980. Paul is married to Gina and has three daughters, Emily, Annika, and Linnea. (described in his wife Gina's above section) Paul loves Jesus and loves standing in the gap between youth and adult years telling these students about the incredible relationship we can all have with our Father God through the person of Jesus Christ. Parish Nurse RN, BSN, PHN – Carol Farrell, is a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Public Health Certification. In addition, Carol began her ministry here in the year 2000 with specialized training as a Parish Nurse. She also works periodically at Memorial Hospital on the Medical Surgical Unit. In addition to her nursing education, Carol  has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and has many years experience in Human Resource Management.   The Parish Nurse ministry objectives are to encourage and support the people of our congregation to optimize their health as an acknowledgment of Christian responsibility to be stewards of one’s being. The ministry emphasizes holistic wellness, the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. The Parish Nurse serves as an educator, a resource, an advocate, a consultant, and a facilitator.

Xtreme Director – Sarah Rowe  - Sarah joined the Calvary staff in May of 2006. She is Xcited about Xtreme, a program for kindergartner's thru 4^th graders that will meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00pm till 8:15 during the school year. Bookkeeper – Jenny Arends is responsible for our all our financial matters.  She maintains our books, updates files, generates reports and conducts payroll.  Jenny has been on staff serving Calvary Church for 15 years.  Email:  Jenny@calvaryripon.org

 

Contract Custodian - Sheri Boer -  Sheri is a delight to have around, she has practical skills and knowledge and can be counted on to make our campus beautiful.  Her responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining each of our 6 buildings, and ordering supplies. 

Facilities Coordinator - Caren Duran - Caren is responsible for the up keep of our building under the direction of the Deacons.  She opens and closes all the facilities, oversees the browing of equipment, makes sure that maintenance and repairs are taken care of and that rooms are set up and taken down according to the needs of a very busy congregation.  Caren's long experience as a member at Calvary serves her well as she assists the congregation.
